This workshop will cover design, drawing, and painting. Participants will learn to create strong compositions, execute a solid underlying sketch, and draw and paint effectively. The theme will be fruits and vegetables. Be ready to be fearless and toss paint. Learn how to get rich juicy colors in fruits and backgrounds. Expect to learn while having fun through demonstration, exercises, and individual instruction and encouragement.
Recordings will be provided for each session.
Day 1: Participants will paint bold juicy, fun simple fruits and vegetable.
Day 2 and 3: Paint a bold, juicy still life!
Students will use a reference photo taken by the instructor or can use their own.
Once you are registered, Dorrie will send you instructions, photo options and materials list. Participating is easy. All you need is a computer, smart phone or tablet with a built -in camera. You may draw and paint along with me, or you can watch the demo, and finish the lesson before the next session. Students will be able to contact Dorrie during the week for help.
